Every single item is handmade by a human (bears can't make art.....yet) or manufactured by multiple humans. Everything is a small batch effort made specifically for you (or who you're gifting it to!) and thus are subject to special terms. Please read below for more details:

General Policies

My artwork & merchandise is for personal enjoyment only. Purchasing, viewing or accessing my art/items from my shop/webpage/social media accounts/etc does not grant the user copyright of the item(s)/art (pieces) nor the license to use it without my permission. Please don’t use, resell, utilize for AI (artificial intelligence) technologies or share without my permission. To use my artwork/merchandise commercially (both for profit & not for profit) please contact me to make a special agreement.

Shop Policies

Some merchandise I sell are small batch manufactured items; if your order includes one of these items there may be a bit more time needed before your order ships out. This will be noted in the item listing.
All shop items are in USD; but will be automatically converted to your local currency by fourthwall.
Standard delivery for physical products is about 3 – 10 days after shipping confirmation for orders within the USA. For international orders this is extended to 14 - 60 days after shipping confirmation.

Physical items: Physical items will include whatever is listed in the "Items included" list on the item listing. Sometimes there will be promotions happening in which an additional item is included; please refer to the email/item listing/blog post for more details.

Digital items: Digital items will be high quality files/downloads in whatever format is noted in the item listing.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

My products are made to order; If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production/ships.

Once your order has gone to production or shipped you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to bring up any quality issues. 

Orders for digital items cannot be canceled as they are automatically sent to you once payment clears.

Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for tips, I cannot cancel or refund it. 

Damaged/Quality Issues

If an order arrives broken/damaged or with parts of it missing it's best to contact me within 72hrs of delivery confirmation. You have 30 days max to report any issues with an item. For the fastest resolution, please include photographs demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
Please note that due to the nature of manufacturing & handmade items slight imperfections on physical items or item packaging such as small dents/creases/tears/etc. do not qualify as damaged/defective. Slight imperfections on manufactured/handmade items/packaging is a normal part of the manufacturing/creation process and are impossible to completely prevent.

Refunds 

Digital Product Orders Refund Policy

Digital items cannot be refunded. If you're having issues with a digital item please contact me @ marbiedx-shop@support.fourthwall.com.

Physical Product Orders Refund Policy

If an order arrives broken/damaged or with parts of it missing it's best to contact me within 72hrs of delivery confirmation. You have 30 days max to report any issues with an item.
In all other cases; refunds and/or replacements are issue dependent.
If you are unsure about whether an item is considered defective feel free to send me a message.
Some items may need to be returned to me before issuing a replacement, payment for return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility. Returns/refunds will always require photographs and/or video demonstrating the quality issue.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Clearance items, One-of-a-Kind items, Few-of-a-Kind items, Crowdfunding/Event exclusives and blind bag items cannot be replaced. 
Graded items may be replaced with a lower grade item if they qualify for a replacement.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Tips Refund Policy

Tips are considered gifts; they cannot be exchanged for services/goods/etc and are non-refundable.  Once you have completed your checkout payment, I cannot refund your tip. 

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, I cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact me at marbiedx-shop@support.fourthwall.com. I’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you. 

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location; Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE USA PLEASE MESSAGE ME FIRST BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FOR PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE.
Due to constantly changing tariffs and trouble with international shipments I have international shipping turned off by default; I want to make sure your items arrive safely before shipping so please contact me first 💜.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, I cannot calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

Merchant of record

Orders are handled by the Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle certain order-related inquiries and returns. Privacy Policy Terms of Service.
